Offered for rent COMPLETE HOUSE, An impressive 200m2 property, located on an extensive plot of more than one hectare of land that includes a private pool. The house has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, guaranteeing total exclusivity for those who rent it.

The spacious living room stands out for its fully equipped open-plan kitchen with high-end appliances, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and an induction hob with extractor hood. In addition, it has complete kitchenware, XL industrial toaster and a spacious dining table. The sleeping area offers amenities such as a 12-seater U-shaped sofa, convertible into a 300×140 bed, and a cozy porch with outdoor furniture.

The house is equipped with all modern comforts, including fireplace, individual heating in all rooms (also in the bathrooms), air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a 65" QLED smart TV with Google TV, Xbox 360 game console and a varied selection of more than 120 original movies on DVD. The property has a small library for adults and children's stories, sound system, board games and a children's area with trampoline, sandpit, mini football goals, toys… In addition, a skate miniramp, barbecue area, doughnut and paella pan, laundry room with washer and dryer and a car park are included.

The beds in the 5 bedrooms have the following dimensions: 3 beds of 135, one of 150 and one of 180. 

The option of 2 extra single beds is offered.

All windows have mosquito nets for added convenience.

The house is surrounded by beautiful mountains of holm oaks and by the banks of Los Molinos, offering an environment where you can enjoy fresh air, the singing of birds such as partridges and turtledoves, and the characteristic bellowing of the deer of the area. This haven of peace and serenity is away from the hustle and bustle of cities, creating the perfect setting to disconnect from daily stress and connect with nature, without sacrificing comfort.

The property is rented in its entirety for a minimum of two nights. For check-ins before 4:00 PM or check-outs after 12:00 PM, prior consultation and an additional payment of €50 for each option are required.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets. The only thing we ask is that they please do not enter the bedrooms and do not climb on the sofa. If it is found that dogs have entered the bedrooms or climbed on the sofa, the cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit, as a deeper and more extensive cleaning will be required to avoid problems for future tenants who may be allergic.
¿Are there heating and air conditioning?
The entire house is thermally insulated, with a double wall and an air chamber between the two partitions. Additionally, we apply a spray foam insulation over the final partition, including the ceilings. Furthermore, the house is equipped with electric radiators, except in the living room where the heat from the cassette fireplace makes them unnecessary. The bathrooms also have heating. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; there is a remote control in each room to adjust it.
Do we need to bring towels or bed linen?
The rooms are prepared so that you only have to come and enjoy them. The beds are dressed with sheets and a duvet, if the weather calls for it. Additionally, we provide towels for all guests.
Is the house rented by rooms?
No, the house is rented entirely, and you don't have to share any facilities with anyone else.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, it is fully equipped with dishes, pans, and all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator (we have 2), XL industrial toaster, sandwich maker-grill, juice extractor, kettle, large blender, hand blender, and pressure cooker. For coffee lovers, we have an electric coffee maker, a Taurus Verona 12, and also a traditional Italian coffee maker with a 9-cup capacity.
Is there a washing machine and outdoor furniture?
Yes, we have a laundry room, an annex to the house where the washing machine, dryer, portable clothesline, iron with its board, another refrigerator, folding resin tables, a travel cot with its instructions and changing table. We also have a high chair, a roasting rack, a paella pan, and a grill plate. These are located for cooking meat, vegetables, or fish during the months when barbecue use is prohibited. We have 3 folding resin tables, 3 wooden tables, over 18 chairs, 2 wooden sun loungers and 2 plastic ones, 3 umbrellas, and an outdoor sofa set with a wooden table, trash cans…

    We discovered it by chance, as we wanted to visit the Jayona mine and the Ara hermitage. We spent an incredible weekend with friends. The house is perfectly equipped, and we didn't feel cold at all; we even ended up wearing T-shirts in the living room area. The kids had a blast jumping on the trampoline, playing in the sandbox... And the adults enjoyed the conversations on the porch, the huge barbecue, the "sofa trap" as we called it 🤣. I don't know if it's because of the silence and tranquility there or because the beds were so comfortable, but we slept like never before.
    The owner is a really nice guy, he explained everything to us and gave us some recommendations for places to eat, shop, and visit both in the town of Llerena and the surrounding areas. Apart from visiting the mine and the hermitage (highly recommended), we went to the Roman theater of Regina because we saw it in the guide he left us in the house.
    En resumen, repetiremos seguro en verano para disfrutar de la piscina y las instalaciones, pero por una semana, mínimo, que un fin de semana nos ha sabido a poco con tantas visitas.

The outdoor area is also very spacious and comfortable, with a perfect barbecue area. The host is always available for any questions or needs. Just behind the house, we took several walks through the countryside and mountains. We were able to see vultures, deer... A very beautiful area in the middle of nature. We will definitely repeat!

    With all the details. Everything is new, tastefully done, and very clean. The facilities are unbeatable (pool, solarium, porch, barbecue, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, trampoline, skate ramp, sandbox…). The surroundings are perfect for long walks, river baths, and visiting beautiful villages in the area. We spent unforgettable days as a family, and both kids and adults enjoyed it equally.     La zona exterior también muy amplia y cómoda, con una zona de barbacoa perfecta. Y Jorge, el propietario, muy amable y siempre dispuesto para cualquier duda o necesidad.
    Justo detrás de la casa dimos varios paseos por el campo y montes. Pudimos ver ciervos, buitres, liebres… zona muy bonita, plena naturaleza. Repetiremos seguro.

    We were 5 couples, and we had a great time. It was extremely hot, but with the air conditioners and the pool, we managed to beat the heat. Some of us loved that it had an Xbox, others, not so much, hahaha.
    The skate ramp is amazing. The house just needs a ping pong table, and we’d become squatters, haha!

    A beautiful house, a true rural home, super comfortable, where both the adults and the kids had a great time. We were eager to try that wonderful barbecue, but we were warned by the owner that making a fire was prohibited due to the high fire risk, so we made a paella with the grill instead. Just seeing that huge barbecue filled with meat, we’ll definitely come back, hahaha!

The surroundings are unparalleled, and the attention provided by the owners is top-notch, with Jorge providing us with all the information and attending to any need. It's definitely worth going there to enjoy a few days of tranquility. We went in winter, and the outdoor area is just as it appears in the photos, very spacious and suitable for both children and adults. Without a doubt, in summer it's also sure to be worth it to enjoy the pool. The facilities are perfectly maintained, and the house is very well equipped. One hundred percent recommended, we will be back!

    Hemos estado alojados cinco parejas él pasado fin de semana y ha sido fantástico. La casa ofrece las mejores calidades habidas y por haber, amplios espacios, dormitorios muy confortables, una fantástica chimenea y un amplio y muy cómodo sofá que hace la estancia muy agradable.
    En general no se echa nada de menos porque no falta ni un detalle, tanto en el interior cómo en las zonas exteriores. 100×100 recomendable.
