Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or requests for date changes must be submitted exclusively via email by the person who made the booking. Requests via WhatsApp or phone will not be accepted.
📅 Deadlines and Conditions
Refunds of the security deposit depend on the notice period provided:

More than 2 months' notice: Full refund (minus bank transfer fees).

Between 2 months and 30 days: Refund minus a €60 administration fee.

Between 30 and 15 days: Refund minus a €300 penalty fee.

Less than 14 days: No refunds or date changes allowed.
Nota sobre cambios de fecha: En caso de modificar su reserva a una temporada con tarifa superior, el cliente deberá abonar la diferencia por transferencia bancaria.
💳 Refund Process
In compliance with Data Protection regulations, banks do not provide us with your full account details. Therefore, to process a refund, you must provide your bank details again in your cancellation email. The refund will always be sent to the original account.
🤝 Our "Goodwill" Guarantee
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel at short notice (within the non-refundable period), we will immediately relist the dates. If we manage to secure a new booking for those dates, we will provide a full refund, even if the cancellation occurs during the same week of the stay.
