Important Information for Your Stay

To confirm your stay at La Quijada del Lobo, please follow these steps and take note of our house rules:

1. Booking Confirmation Process

• Minimum Stay: A minimum of 2 nights is required.
  Temporary Hold: Once you request your dates, they will be blocked in our system for 24 hours..

• Security Deposit: To finalize your booking, a €500 security deposit must be paid via bank transfer.

• Validation: Please reply to the confirmation email by attaching your proof of payment (transfer receipt).

2. Payment Details

• Transfer Reference: Please include: Full Name / Booking Dates / Total Number of Guests.

⚠️ House Rules and Hours

• 🚫 Strictly No Parties: To ensure the peace of the neighborhood and the care of our property, parties are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and the forfeiture of both the security deposit and the total booking amount.

• 🔥 Fire Prevention: According to regional regulations (Junta de Extremadura), outdoor BBQs and fires are prohibited during the High Fire Risk Period, typically from June 1st to October 15th).

• ⏰ Check-in & Check-out:

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM (16:00).

  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Early check-in o Late check-out: Subject to availability and an additional fee of €50 each.
