Prices

Prices for up to 12 people.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

• Prices per night on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday):
  €400 – €500 (depending on the season).

• Prices per night at weekends (Friday and Saturday):
  €500 – €650 (depending on the season)

• Prices per night on the eve of public holidays and public holidays:
  600€.

• Special Holiday Pricing:
  Christmas & New Year’s Eve: €850 / night.
  Epiphany / Three Kings (Jan 5–6): €700 / night.

Additional Supplements

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: €50 supplement for arrivals before 4:00 PM or departures after 12:00 PM.

• Firewood: €50 supplement for Holm oak firewood during the season.

• Extra Guests: €20 / night per additional person or extra bed (2 beds available).

• Security Deposit: A €500 refundable deposit is required. This will be returned promptly once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

Extended Stay Discounts: Special rates are available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly stays.
