Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations can only be canceled or modified on date by the reservation holder under the following terms:
All cancellations or date changes must be requested by email; Applications by WhatsApp or telephone will not be accepted.
The refund of the deposit will be made to the same account from which the reservation was made, but due to data protection regulations, it will have to be communicated again, since banks do not allow this information to be provided.
Cancellations more than 2 months before the arrival date will have a full refund, less the bank transfer fee. In case of change
date to a more expensive period, payment of the difference will be requested by transfer.
Cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a refund, less a €60 penalty. In case of change of date to a more expensive period, payment of the difference will be requested by transfer.
Cancellations within a period of 30 to 15 days before the arrival date will incur a penalty of €300. In case of change of date to a more expensive period, payment of the difference will be requested by transfer.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date will not have a refund or the possibility of changing the date.
We will do our best to reschedule your reservation to another date; Therefore, we urge you to communicate your situation to us by email as soon as possible.
****We can tell you that we are very understanding and we will offer the date again, and if the rental is available, we would fully refund the amount of the reservation, even if we are in the same week of said reservation ****
